Vol for Life, a graduate of the University of Tennessee Knoxville, Bonnie has been in the real estate business in one aspect or another since 1988. Specializing in equestrian properties, she understands the specialized needs of the horse enthusiast.
Although her real estate career has encompassed working with builders and developers to helping buyers find that perfect home, real estate is her passion. Bonnie is a Historic Homes specialist. She takes great joy in seeing an old home brought back to life. When working with sellers she uses the latest in marketing techniques to help her clients get that home sold. She makes her home on the family farm with her husband Rocky, their 3 horses and hound dog.
Miranda is joining our team after recently earning her Affiliate Broker’s license. Although she is newly licensed, Miranda has been around real estate her entire life. She was born in Knoxville, TN, but has also lived in California, Kentucky, Arkansas, Georgia, and Missouri. Since childhood her family has been involved in buying, selling, flipping, and investing in real estate, and has lived in over 20 different homes.
Miranda enjoys working with and helping people achieve their goals and has decided to combine her life-long interest in real estate with her engaging personality and love of people. Recently becoming a new homeowner herself, she understands the importance of listening to a client’s needs and expectations. As an East Tennessee native, Mary recognizes that the trust her clients will place in her is important and will work to exceed their expectations daily. As a new Affiliate Broker she is ready to hit the ground running and find your perfect home for you and your family. After graduating from the University of Tennessee Mary worked in the Human Services field and helped people with disabilities transition into their new homes. Mary loves to help people, is very relatable, easy to approach, and has more patience than most. After having her first child she continued a career in Group Fitness and has been helping people achieve their goals for over 15 years. She is ready to start a new chapter to help people in finding a home that is a perfect fit for them. Even though she loves to laugh and joke around she is a great listener and is always up for a good challenge.
Mary is a trustworthy individual and works very efficiently. Through her experience as a social worker and fitness instructor she values the trust her clients have always placed in her. Mary has always been an advocate for those she works with and will do the same for you when making a decision on a purchase.
